Important Notice for Money Transfer to Bank account:
- Please be sure to include the Register Code or Invoice No. in the name of the sender to ensure prompt process of your payment. Otherwise, your payment may not be matched with our records.
- Please upload your money transfer slip onto the payment system.
- Fee for international cash transfer is not included in the invoiced amount, and this should be paid at sender’s end.
CANCEL POLICY
- Registrations cancelled within 1 May are eligible for a 100% refund of the registration fees paid.
- Registrations cancelled later than 1 May, but within 1 June are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fees paid.
- Registrations cancelled later than 1 June are no longer eligible for a refund.
